Hemlock Ravine Park is 200-acre habitat with opportunities for walking, nature observation, and relaxation. The 4-km stacked loop trails offer many routes for jogging and observation of nature in all seasons. New maps and signage assist in navigating the trails. The heart-shaped pond known as Julie’s Pond was built by Prince Edward, Duke of Kent, for his mistress. (Note: Please do not feed the waterfowl.) The round white building opposite the park is a historic site but is not open to the public.

An extensive network of groomed, forested, walking paths and trails. Just a few minutes down the Bedford Highway towards Halifax. Turn east onto Larry Uteck in the first traffic circle (go to your far left, do not go across the highway), and continue to the bottom on the road. Turn right on the Bedford Hwy (#2), Turn right onto Kent Avenue. A parking lot for the Park is at the end of the road to the left.
