This brand new center is part of Denver Parks & Rec. It has a lap pool and family pool, exercise equipment and basketball courts, and fitness classes. Day passes for adults are $6.

Denver Rec Center. you can get a day pass. they have a crazy "leisure" pool.

In need of a quick workout? I have basket that includes a yoga mat, gymnastic rings, TRX straps, push-up bars, and resistance bands you're welcome to use, but just a couple blocks is the NEW Carla Madison Recreation Center that is cheap and great.
