To see the most incredible sunsets in all of Sedona, drive up to Airport Mesa 15-20 minutes before sunset and watch the magic unfold before your very eyes. I have seen sunsets all over the world, but none compare to this one!

A major vortex with panoramic views but the trail is for the sure footed & fairly challenging. Gets packed & is usually hard to park at the lower level, may have to go to the top & park & follow the trail down.

Nice spot to see the sunset. Can get crowded. Parking is $5, but if you go further down the road you can park at the airport for free and walk back. Airport mesa grill is also there and has good drink selections and nice outside seating to watch the small planes.
