Very modern self contained 2 bedroom ground floor of beach house less than 100 metres from a beautiful swimming beach. Five minute drive to well stocked shopping precinct of Emu Park. Extremely quiet and peaceful area of the Capricorn Coast.

Purpose-built house with three separate units. Each unit has an individual entrance from the shared foyer. Unit 2 has one queen size bed with a private shower/toilet, It also has an outdoor area. The kitchenette has tea making facilities, fridge freezer, and a microwave. We are under 10 minutes drive from Emu Park which has cafes, supermarket, pub and of course great beaches. There is a gym and swimming pool not far. Yeppoon is approx 25-30 minutes Rockhampton approx 45 minutes drive.
