Since 1991, Taqueria Rossy has been dishing out my favorite fish tacos in Los Cabos. Choose from breaded and fried shrimp, scallops, or flounder, and then hit the condiment bar to jazz up your order. Delicious food, amazing service. You are surrounded by an avocado tree, a mango tree, and a papaya tree. The server start by bringing frijoles charros, beans with chicharrón. You cannot come and not get the carnitas. You can get carnitas by half kilo or whole kilo. They will bring the thickest and hottest tortillas you've ever laid your hands on.
