They have two locations but original Palm Springs is the place to be. Try their Corned beer or pastrami sandwich with potato latkes instead of bread...they'll need to airlift you home but it's worth every bite.

In the summer I would recommend a short hike while in the winter they often have snow and you can cross-country ski, snow shoe etc. Beautiful views of Palm Springs and the entire Coachella valley year-round!

Large park in the middle of Movie Colony district in central Palm Springs. Great area if you have kids as there is lots of space to run , picnic tables, a large playground with swings and tennis courts.

If you have young kids this will be their favorite place in the desert. Arcade, miniature golf, go-carts and...best of all...bumper boats equipped with spray guns. Fun for the whole family. Be sure to leave a few towels in the car.
