It’s a restaurant located in Sanctuary Lake resort living. It’s walkable distance from our house or a short 3-4 minutes drive by car. Amazing location with some good selection of food and drinks. An early morning breakfast here could be a great start to your day.

Bus to the train station and taxis widely available nearby.
Beach, train station, shopping malls with in few minutes drive. The popular Sanctuary Lake is about 30 Seconds walk with lake view from our living/ dining area. If you are not driving then you can take a bus ( bus stop about a minute walk) to the train station, shopping center. Even a walk to the nearest shopping center by the popular Sanctuary lake will be a walker’s delight. The bus stop is about 1 min walk from our location.

Walk by the Sanctuary Lake and Regata Beach play ground is must if you stay in this area. The lake is almost at our door step with about 30 seconds walk. Regatta beach play ground is about 15 mins walk, using the lake walking track while you can enjoy cool breeze and lake views.
