Drinking is regulated
Only beer and seltzers are sold in grocery stores. Alcoholic beverages are sold in state liquor stores that are not open on state/federal holidays or Sundays. Restaurants serve alcohol but mixed drinks are limited to 1.5 ounces of liquor each. Plan accordingly.

Effects of altitude
The home and most local recreation are at around 7,000 ft above sea level. Altitude affects people differently. Common effects are shortness of breath while just walking, dehydration, nose bleeds, increased effects of alcohol, and/or trouble sleeping.
Most symptoms fade over a couple of days. Drink lots of water and keep the humidifies going in the house to increase your level of comfort.
