I recommend captiva island for a beach day. It’s a little out of the way but that’s what makes it great because most people go to the closer beaches. You’ll be able the stretch out and have some space in the sun

If you are in my neighborhood hood and want to go to fort myers turn left. If you want to go south to Estero, Bonita, Naples I recommend your turn right. Your gps will correct it’s self once traveling.
