Your apartment comes with a full kitchen stocked with dishes, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, spacious rooms, comfortable living area for the perfect Colorado vacation. Two sofas, one opens up to a top of the line full size bed. Very spacious bedroom set up with King size bed, two twin beds, dresser and wall to wall closet. Two bathrooms, one with a deep soak tub. Private full size guest washer and dryer. Full size BBQ grill for outside grilling. After approval of pet, there is a NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee. Private- separate guest entry into fully furnished -Above-grade bottom half of home apartment with views of the park across the street. One car Parking spot, if you need additional parking, please let us know. Door code entry. NO SMOKING/Vaping on property!

NO SMOKING or vaping in home or on property. This is a family friendly neighborhood very close to the Roaring fork river. We are very close to Willits Town Shopping center. Whole foods, Starbucks, Movie Theater etc. Great location for Skiing, Snowboarding, fishing, shopping, bike riding, hiking, dinning, white water rafting and so much more. In the middle of the Roaring Fork Valley. Carbondale is just a short drive away or bike ride on the bike trails. To enjoy hot springs, Glenwood Hot Springs is down the road or ask us about the free "local" hot springs. Aspen ski slopes are 20-30 minutes away. Private subdivision pet/kid friendly park across the street. Beautiful sunsets from living room windows. Walking distance to so much. This IS a great location to get the most out of your Roaring Fork Aspen Valley Colorado vacation. This location is also close to public transportation.
2 night minimum stay. After approval of pet, there is a NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee that will be applied.

If you need anything or have questions feel free to ask, we want to help and assist in any way. We are always open for suggestions on how to improve your comfort and stay. We live in a family oriented neighborhood with private HOA pet/kid friendly park across the street. We are a dog and cat friendly family and home. We respect your space by keeping our pets in our home not yours. Occasionally they sneak away outside to say hi! Please call or email or text us if you need any assistance. We are happy to help. We are happy to assist with any dinning ideas or shopping suggestions. Access to the Roaring Fork Gold Metal fishing river, private access or public is within WALKING distance.
