House has not been rented before the 2020 season. Main house is 3 bedrooms each with its own full bath, powder room, and large living room, dining room, and kitchen area. The property also includes a separate studio/4th bedroom with a powder room and outdoor shower area. One of a kind property!

Beautifully landscaped and maintained private home. The house was designed as a great place to entertain and enjoy all that the Rehoboth Beach area has to offer. Each bedroom in the main house has its own full bath. There are no tubs in the house, all full bathrooms are showers. The pool is salt water and it is heated. There is an outdoor shower for use before going into the pool. Large screen porch with sitting area and dining table for outside dining. A special private oasis.
*** NOTE: The Studio is a separate structure and only has a powder room. Occupants in this space will need to use outdoor shower or one of the showers in the main house.
