Note: If you rent a car, Nevada is a `loss use state' which means if you have an accident, you are liable for up to 30 days of rental fees to the car agency for repair- even if you are NOT responsible for the accident, so you may want to doublecheck your insurance, or use your Chase card if you have one. Car rental agencies provide `walk away' insurance if you want. Thought you might want to know :).
( I may have a car available for your stay if interested- for significantly reduced cost compared to rental cars, as its a 2007 Honda Civic, but runs great)

Kur būsite jūs

Reno, Nevada, Jungtinės Valstijos

Your lovely studio is on the 3rd floor of The Belvedere, a 14-floor building, across from Circus Circus, the Sands, Silver Legacy, and the El Dorado hotels. It's near the casinos, but much quieter! If you are a traveling Medical Professional, you will be across the street from the ROC, one block to St. Mary's hospital, and close to Renown.

Downtown events, one block away, are frequent in the summer.

You are just 45 minutes from Lake Tahoe for beach fun or skiing.

The Riverwalk restaurants and bars ( 3 blocks away) often have music and events as well. Walking along the river, people watching or just soaking up the sun is a great way to spend a day off! There are numerous funky fun and fancy restaurants and bars all along Arlington on the way to The Riverwalk (Truckee River).

Mid-Town is 10 minutes away as well for even more fun. You will find information in your unit of fun things to do while you are visiting Reno.

The Urban Market (small upscale grocery store ) is just 3 blocks away. Raleys is a large grocery store, located approximately 2 miles out. TraderJoes, whole foods, and other stores also within 12 minutes.

I love being an Airbnb host and meeting interesting people from around the world. From the first quarter in 2015 as a host in the Seattle area, I earned the superhost status, until I closed down that airbnb in 2018 :) As of July 2019 with the purchases of my new Airbnb properties, I plan to earn and keep superhost status here in Nevada by ensuring you have a wonderful experience in my condos here in Reno. I look forward to meeting you and hosting you! ME: I grew up in the Seattle area, then lived in Alaska for many years, until I moved made my way back to the Pacific N.W, then moved to Nevada. I'm a semi-retired psychotherapist. I've worked for years with deaf children and adults and am fluent in ASL. I 'm vegetarian, love books, animals and the outdoors. I have a wonderful, funny thoroughbred horse named Jupiter- you can visit him with me if you would like. Horses are a big part of Nevada! I look forward to meeting you~ Annie
