Welcome to 'Beach Baby' our little seaside cottage overlooking beautiful Kendalls Beach.
Embracing ocean, beach & garden views.
Our large backyard with swings, climbing wall and slide will delight & entertain the kids while you relax in the deck chairs with firepit & complimentary firewood at hand. The comfy couch on the front porch invites welcoming sun & moonrise with beverage of choice. Head on down the lane to access walking/bike track linking beaches cafes, restaurants, shops & galleries.

Welcome to our little coastal style family beach cottage.
'Beach Baby' is a sweet retreat in a beautiful area & great neighbourhood.
She offers ocean views from the lounge area, main bedroom and front porch and is just metres from the beach.

Our home style accommodation is designed to cater for smaller families, friends or 2 x couples.
While she does sleep a maximum of 6 guests, you will find that the lounge and dining areas comfortably accommodate a maximum of 5.

NOTE: This is not a party house for rowdy groups - including hens, bucks or schoolies.
Loud unruly behaviour is not acceptable to us or our family neighbours.

* Sorry but pets are NOT allowed so please don't ask.

We have a lot to offer fabulous respectful quests, we warmly welcome you and have endeavoured to anticipate and cater for you as we would like.
We trust you will thoroughly enjoy your stay at 'Beach Baby' with the great views, large backyard and proximity to beaches, town and all that the Kiama area has to offer.

* A custom built fort with climbing wall, slide, swings and huge chalk board to keep the kids entertained within easy reach.
* A Solar Shower for rinsing off after fab beach swims.
* A fold down clothes line for beach towels & washing.

Open style with great views throughout, connecting you to the beautiful outdoors.

* Depending on the season - large electric heater or fan (PLUS extra heater & fan)
* An intimate front veranda with views and comfy chase lounge makes another inviting anytime chill out space. Lovely for sunrise or moonrise viewing or a cool drink at midday.....

Two fine bedrooms + One double day bed/room.
Enjoy a great night's sleep with comfortable mattresses throughout, all complete with luxury linens and new pillows.
Plenty of bedside power outlets in all.

BED 1 - Queen bed with huge bedside tables and gorgeous large vanity mirror one side.
Scandi style clothes rack with shoe, bag space + hangers.
Additional luggage rack/chair.

BED 2 - Tri bunk bed.
Double at bottom with single up top (safety side rail available located in the room)
Suit couple with one child or 3 kids sharing.
Robe with hanging and shelf space and additional set of drawers.

DAY BED - Located adjacent to but separate from the lounge room.
By day a generous leather couch invitingly tucked away in a semi secluded nook.
A great place to relax with a good book.
By night reveal a super comfortable double fold out bed.
Privacy achieved with pull to close curtains.
Reading lights, power and charging access all at your fingertips.
Scandi clothes/ bag/shoe rack + hangers.

DESK/WORKSTATION - Located in the daybed area.
Complete with work light, power & adjustable office chair.

Long & deep porcelain bath.
Small hand basin with cold water tap only.
Double door wall vanity + wall shelving.
Bath towels, hand towels, washers and bath mat provided.
Complimentary loo paper, hand/body wash and shampoo/conditioner.
Note: No power point in bathroom thus all bedsides have power outlets adjacent to mirrors for all your styling needs.

31st Dec - Each year Kiama hosts a Spectacular New Years Eve Fireworks Display over the picturesque Black Beach & Kiama Harbour. People come from miles (k's) around to get their fill of colour and spectacle.
A fun Carnival also operates on the eve on the flat grassy headland.
The Carnival does operate there for days.

28th-29th Jan - The Annual Kiama Show at the Showground. This year the 171st since being established in 1848! A great family outing featuring horse jumping & cattle events, rodeo, camel racing, wood chop, rides, circus, motor bike stunt team, art & craft + + +

Hi, we are your hosts Raymond, Colleen & Maya. Raymond is a carpenter by trade and looks after the garden and house maintenance.
I’m Colleen and look after the bookings, cleaning, washing and supplies. Maya our daughter is 15 and often helps with the house work.
