This is a beautiful home with unique setup. This listing is a ground level 1 bedroom studio which has a queen size bed, bathroom w/ floor to ceiling tiles and shower, kitchen and outdoor living room space which is a private outside tropical cabana (which is the best place in the house to relax on the couch or hammock listening to the waves crash). The kitchen has a large window that opens to the serving bar / outdoor space

Just out front you can enjoy the sandy and beach where you can find driftwood, shells and sea glass. We love gathering driftwood and start a fire while enjoying the best sunsets you can experience. The whole beach is yours! and is a beautiful walk! Wash up in one of our 3 outdoor showers afterwards. The sunsets are million dollar views most evenings. You can see all the wildlife from a bunch of different sea birds and if your lucky hump back whales a yellow crowned night heron named Flash lives in the back yard. He enjoys the pool and is about 2' tall. You can walk to the river inlet and also see the reef and watch the surfers catch their waves in season at Table Rock 300 yards away. You can walk out on the reef and there’s awesome fishing off it’s ledge or just go to the many close restaurants we supply you a list of we been to. Definitely recommend the “Chillo Entero” (whole fried red snapper. OMG Sooooo good). We have games to play in the water, on the beach or at the house so there's plenty to do. We supply boogy boards, snorkels w/ fins, float lounges, volleyball, frisbees, paddle ball, beach chairs etc. If and when you want a change of scenery everything is a short distance away. Our home feels like it's a resort so if you don’t want to go anywhere and just relax with your significant other there’s plenty to keep you occupied at the house. There’s also 2 great snorkel spots under 15 min away. When we get bored we hit one of the many restaurants down the block along the beach road. We are located on an off street off the main beach road to a dead end road just on the beach. Make sure to check out the guide books I created on this site.

We own a property management and general contracting company so you will be getting professional services, a quality home that is also our personal residence too. We have a friendly personable maintenance worker Felix that is the best! He does a wonderful job taking care of the house and pool and is always on call if for some reason any type of service is needed during your stay. He’s single handedly has given our guests a great experience just with his services. All our reviews mention how great he is. We are blessed to have him maintain our home.

The main reason why we bought our home is that it's located close to anything you want to do or go to on the west coast of Puerto Rico.
Top reasons why we chose to buy this house compared to others locally and in Rincón.

1) Good neighborhood.
Everybody is friendly who you meet even if you don't speak English! All the houses are well kept and beautifully designed. Most of the owners live in their houses and rent the extra units they have. My brother is in the local police dept. and has reassured me how safe the area is.

2) Being close was important to everything. 90% of all sites to see, excursions, restaurants and shopping are under 15 min away. Gas, Grocery, dining, bars, boat launch are under 2 miles away. Airport is a 25 min drive so that's s plus. The biggest thing we wanted to avoid was traffic! Ricon during the in season gets extremely busy and backed up with traffic. Our house conveniently is secluded next to a woods on a dead end block so you get that nature in the woods feeling but your in the center of everything on the beach.

3) Beach, Pool and Fun!!!!
Having a house where you can enjoy without having to leave was important to us. Our 1st time there we stayed at the house everyday exploring and enjoying everything the house and beach has to offer.

Loving to travel to the Caribbean destinations we looked at different islands to buy a vacation home and fell in love with The west coast of Puerto Rico. Aguada seemed to be a perfect fit since its more low key and still yet close to everything. We come every month to enjoy our home and continue to learn about different wonderful things the area and people offer.
