Our charming 3 bedroom ranch is located in a safe, very quiet neighborhood 1.4 miles from Christiana Hospital and close to University of Delaware and tax free shopping at Christiana Mall. Delaware Park racetrack/casino is right down the street. We have plenty of free on street parking. Our back deck has a beautiful view of a park, the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee!

**Just upgraded**!! This is the largest of our three Airbnb rooms in our Newark house. It features hardwood floors, all brand new furniture including a Queen sized bed with a premium Sealy pillow top mattress, super comfy ultra soft linens, large dresser, dressing mirror, new 43in HDTV with Netflix and Amazon prime, a fold down desk/vanity perfect for private studying and a ceiling fan with soft, warm lighting.

The kitchen, shared full bathroom, living room featuring a 55" 4K HDTV, with basic cable, surround sound and study area with desk.

There are two other Airbnb bedrooms in this house plus us, Travis and Gabrielle, so expect to share the space, including the bathroom, with other guests. We have our own full bathroom downstairs that we use. The 3 Airbnb rooms upstairs (room one, room two and student's special) are in close proximity to each other.
We hope to attract friendly people, however we understand if you just like to be antisocial sometimes and just veg out on Netflix, that's perfectly ok too.
We have two dogs..sometimes they bark!! But they are well behaved and we hope that you like dogs too. Guests who are scared of dogs or who have allergies to dogs would not be a good fit with our location. If you like to be showered with puppy love, you picked the right location!
We also have external security cameras on the premises as well as automatic outdoor lights so the outside is well lit all night long.

It's located in a very quiet, safe blue collar neighborhood just 1.4 miles from Christiana Hospital. The house's backyard backs up to a large park with a disc golf course, playground and scenic white clay Creek.

We are both young professionals, Travis is a physician assistant in surgery and Gabrielle is an RN, at the hospital close by. We have multiple properties in Wilmington and Newark. We love treating our Airbnb guests like friends and family. Travis has a background as an industrial designer and has renovated our homes. We have two small dogs, Gladys, our pug puppy and Rory a 6 year old Westie. We enjoy going out to dinner, listening to podcasts, drinking wine, going to see live music and traveling. Travis enjoys reading about politics and science, watching various YouTube channels, renovating homes and mountain biking and Gabrielle can be found enjoying a bottle of red wine, catching up on Reddit and Netflix shows.
