popular portuguese chain supermarket, which believe it or not we miss when we leave as we some how manage to visit one of their branches at least once a day when we are in portugal. we love their own labeled products, particularly frozen pizzas (perfect for an easy dinner after a busy day out and about) and the Stracciatella flavor greek yogurt (try it, i promise you wont regret). if you are brazilian like me you will be happy to know you can also find tasty "pao de queijo" for sale in pingo doce, but they usually sell out pretty quickly!

You will need a separate ticket for the Fish, butchers and takeaway counters at Pingo Doce. There is also Alponia that you can order preorder and have delivered.
