DAY TRIP. this beautiful waterfall via Sarapiqui, La Virgen Route . The road is hilly but well maintained . Stop at Restaurant Cinchona on the way to La Paz water falls. It has a breathtaking view of a water fall and hundreds of hummingbirds and other exotic birds. In La Paz Gardens you can see most of Costa Rica's wildlife in one place, as well as waterfalls and butterflies . I recommend buying tickets in advance.
