30 minutes drive to the north. There, you will find everything you need: supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, bars, and shops. There are even weekend and night markets allowing you to meet locals, taste great food and learn more about the culture.

Not only are there tons of options for dining many of the restaurants are right on the beach. Please let us know what kind of food you love and we can recommend a restaurant for you. If you love a quiet atmosphere or a food truck scene Tamarindo has it all. After enjoying breakfast and local coffee, stroll the beach or go on a horseback ride along the water which are happening daily. One of our favorites is the massages that are also offered right on the beach and the fresh coconuts to drink. There is something for everyone!
