Sacred Sound and Tea Ceremony
~••~SACRED SOUND BATH~••~ A Sacred Sound Bath is a live, immersive, meditative experience which works acoustically on your brain, body, and soul. As you sit or lie down with eyes closed, sound vibrations wash over you, taking you on an expansive inward journey. Similar to meditation, sound baths stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system. You'll leave feeling relaxed, centered, energized, and uplifted. Sound Healing is an ancient-modern practice which comes in many forms across all cultures. ~ HEART CHAKRA TEA CEREMONY~ A Heart Chakra Tea Ceremony is an opportunity to connect with yourself and open your heart. Each chakra has a variety of herbs and flowers that stimulate and activate the chakras. Tea Ceremonies are a way to immerse into the power of the present, and increase your connection to your inner self and your heart chakra. The Ceremony aids in any transformational shift you are working towards, whether you are looking to deepen your understanding of who you are, release old patterns and traumas, or move into a more self-confident space. It is your bridge for self reflection, healing, and inward expansion.

Hot Springs Hike With Photographer
It's hot springs weather! Feel free to ask me about availability. This hike is difficult. It requires hiking boots and good stamina. 6 miles (round trip) and 1,300 feet elevation change. There is a hill that is almost a sandy slide in steepness that is 1/4 of a mile long and it's very challenging. We will spend about 2 hours hiking down and another 2 hours hiking back up. The hot springs are an amazing reward for the tough hike! 7 different hot pools range in temperature from 75 to 118 degrees. They are located right along the creek so you can swim in the cold water too. It's a great spot for some contrast bath therapy! This is very good for stress, soreness, blood circulation, your metabolism, and your immune system! The whole area is beautiful and a perfect place to relax. We will relax and swim for about 2 hours. The coldest days are the best days for this but as long as is 70 degrees or cooler in Lake Arrowhead then we can enjoy this hike. I like it best when it's around 40 degrees out. As we hike I'll teach you about the local plants and animals :) I'll take pictures, candid and posed, to capture the memories of your day and send them to you after the hike. For more pictures look up my Insta @echo_adventure_photography. Please note, there will be nudists. For a less crowded day pick a week day. Best suited for ages 15 to 50.
Deep Creek Narrows Climb/Explore/Photos
You'll meet up with me and then follow me in a short drive to the trailhead. Once we park there is a short easy hike (about a half mile each way, part on roads, part on a dirt trail) before we climb down to the creek. The climb down is very steep and slippery. It is rock climbing just steep enough to not need gear. If you like bouldering you'll love this place. If you are afraid of heights this may be challenging for you. You will need shoes with good grip and both hands available to climb down the rock cliff. The creek is a beautiful place to relax for an hour or two surrounded by the woods and the sounds of birds chirping and running water and nature to help you feel peaceful and restful. In the spring and early summer you can swim! Best months to swim are May and June. In the fall and winter you can just explore and play and absorb some nature. It is beautiful year round. Throughout the experience I'll teach you about the local plants and animals :) I take candid and posed photos of you that I will send you after the hike. It is a great spot, it makes for beautiful pictures. Whenever you are ready we hike back up. For more pictures look up my Insta @Echo_Adventure_Photography. Wear hiking boots with good grip. Feel free to ask me any questions you might have. I am flexible with dates and times.
Pinnacles Hike Photo Shoot
We'll meet up and drive to the trailhead. I'll guide you through the 4.5 mile hike (round trip) that climbs 1,100 feet for a stunning view from the top. I'll take posed and candid photos of you as we hike. Throughout the experience I'll teach about the local plants and animals :) It is a fun exercise and very satisfying experience. The landscape all around the Pinnacles is beautiful and scenic. For more pictures look up my Instagram echo_adventure_photography. Other things to note It is a very warm hike, sunny with little shade, and often windy at the top. If it's raining nearby, it's still probably not raining on the trail. I am very flexible with times and dates, just ask!

Experience Amazing Horsehair Raku
This 2-hour experience allows each guest to pick from a variety of pre-made pots. Horsehair "Raku" during the experience uses a technique of applying horsehair, feathers, and/or sawdust to red hot pots. The carbon in these items transfer suddenly to the pot and are permanent. This method is eye-popping and amazing. Any age can do it. I recommend children be at least 10 and able to be respectful to other guests. I am sometimes a little corny, but very capable of sharing the How-To's, mixed with some history and other uses of clay. I am very good at coaching, and helping guest achieve a decorated raku pot that they are excited to take home. This is the kind of experience that will be fondly remembered for a lifetime.
