As is often the case in Italy, you'll struggle to find the Post office and a hole in the wall to get cash out! Go right up to the very top of Palmoli town where you will find a play park and walled castle with area for parking outside. Go through the gate and into the building for both. However, you may need to ask for help, as the Poste office is a little tricky at first.
