Nestled up high, overlooking the Moreté River valley, this open air home is an adventure from the time you leave town and back down again! Four wheel drive is not a luxury, it's a necessity to travel to this secluded paradise!

- UVITA: Don't miss the Saturday morning market in Uvita....but do check to see if there's been closing due to covid!
- TINAMASTE: half way to San Isidro, a beeeeautiful drive through the mountains, lies a fun "hippie market" on Tuesday mornings. Always fun to see the locals and expats there, sharing their love and knowledge about organic, eco-friendly living :)

Favorite UVITA RESTAURANTS:
- CARLITO'S: a quaint, friendly vibe with deeeelicious food! You can count on laughing, sharing a drink and information. DO NOT MISS TRICIA'S FRESH, CREATIVE MARGARITAS - best in Costa Rica! Or the pork quesadilla!!! Or homemade desserts!
- EL MADIRO: a locally owned, reasonably priced, laid-back restaurant with a great view!
- SABOR: owned by a looovely Spanish family, they will spoil you rotten in their quaint restaurant with stellar food, down by the Whale's Tail beach.
- MOSAIC: Relaxed atmosphere with great cocktails and light apps. People say sushi's amazing. Great service, too!
