They sell also the "lampredotto", the famous florentine sandwich: small round bread with the fourth and final stomach of a cow cooked in a tomato sauce. There is also a stand proposing dished with truffles! There is a lovely stand of cheese also where you can ask for a big burrata (kind of mozzarella) with grilled vegetables and of course a pizza counter.

best "schiacciata" (typical sandwich)!!! You need to be patient because there is always a lot of people waiting but it really worth it and it's really cheap!
