The Waikiki Banyan, located at 201 Ohua Avenue, offers 850 condo's in the heart of Waikiki. My condo is located on the 12th floor in tower 1 and is nicely furnished and newly renovated with wifi and parking included. The condo has new, full kitchen as well as tub and shower in the bathroom. I have been renting condo's to visiting tourist for 21 years and look forward to hosting your stay!

The condo has a full kitchen, queen size bed and Full size sofa bed and bathroom with tub and shower both. The full kitchen offers a full size stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, rice cooker, and all pots, pans and utinsels. The lanai has 2 chairs and a small table. The condo has a powerful A/C, a 40" tv with cable and a 2nd tv in the bedroom. The phone line in the condo allows for free long distance to the US mainland and Canada. We also offer a 100% cleaning guarantee. Please let us know within 24 hours is something isn't cleaned to your satisfaction so we can come a reclean the area. We want our guests to have an enjoyable stay.

The building offers a pool, sauna, jacuzzi, tennis court and a bbq area on the 6th floor. The lobby offers a convenience store, coffee shop and a tour desk selling tickets and tours packages. The parking lot is the first 5 floors with covered, unassigned parking. Guests booking my condo be allowed to use a parking pass which allows for 1 free parking. Additional parking spaces can be purchased at $25 nightly.

Pre-COVID, our business model was to give you check-in instructions/codes and then refrain from interacting with you so that you have complete freedom during your stay. We will inform guests of the current and constantly changing pre- and post-arrival travel requirements for Hawaii visitors issued by the state and our property management. Summer 2018 I have been traveling in Europe for almost 4 months now and have used Airbnb rentals for my entire stay in France, Italy, Hungary, Germany and now Croatia.
