Location, location, location.........Private, smoke free, one bedroom suite on third floor, including large bedroom, sitting room, and bath. Close to museums, downtown Wilmington businesses, bus lines, Amtrak Station, A.I. Institute, Widner College, and excellent restaurants.

My three story, 103 year home, is located in the Triangle Neighborhood of Wilmington. It is within walking distance to the Brandywine Park and River, as well as the Brandywine Zoo, and Christiana Wilmington Hospital. Wonderful array of restaurants and pubs are a very short distance away, some of which are walking distance.
The suite is located on the third floor, with a private bath, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and cook top. Amenities, as in shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, soap, and toothpaste/brush, hair dryer, iron and steamer are all available. Linens are, also, provided.
Weekend guests will be met, in the A.M. with a choice of baked goods, juices, coffee and tea.
You will be greeted by my very friendly cat, Mitts. A new addition to my home is Solomon, a five year old Afghan Hound, who is fearful of strangers, and runs the other way.

Airbnb has given me the opportunity to play out my Bed and Breakfast dreams and aspirations, without the huge responsibility that is required on such a scale. I am a "people" person and meeting all these wonderful, friendly and interesting folks is a major plus. A little about me...... I love being a part of the musical dreams of my sons, spending time at "the shore", Victoriana and flea market hunting, gardening, music and dancing. Seafood would definitely sustain me for life. I am a Seamstress and have been in Retail Management and Merchandising for the majority of my working career. I have not done as much traveling as I would have liked, having only been on the hosting end, but that is certainly in my plans for the future.
