Welcome to the Chic Family Beach Cottage. This property is a short 5 minute drive to Madeira Beach and less than 20 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg. This beautifully renovated large 3 bedroom 2 bathroom has everything you need whether you are looking for a family retreat at the beach or a weekend with friends. With a brand new washer/dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, complementary toiletries, WIFI, large desk, massive sectional Sofa, 65 inch smart TV, and off street parking you'll feel right at home.

Quiet family neighborhood super close to dining, shopping, Starbucks and most importantly BEACHES! As Super Hosts all of our properties are cleaned to the highest standard and resort quality toiletries are provided.

*This property is a Minut protected home. Minut is a smart sensor that detects decibel levels (it has no ability to record anything) but in the event the sound levels rise above what is considered normal levels for a prolonged period of time, we will notify you that you are in violation of the no party policy.

The space was designed by a renowned New York City Interior Designer who now calls St. Petersburg home. The goal of the home is to feel modern and chic without compromising the cozy, bright beach house feeling. The common areas of this home have multiple sitting areas to choose from, which really makes this home ideal for large families or groups of friends. The home has three bedrooms and 2 full baths. The king is massive with en suite private bathroom and walk-in closet. The queen bedroom and the bunk room share the second large bathroom. All 3 bedrooms have large closet space.

If someone in the group needs to work, the space is equipped with high-speed WIFI, a comfy office chair and large desk. For those looking to relax after a day in the sun you'll have access to your favorite streaming channels on the brand new 65" smart TV.

This house is located on a quiet street in a very desirable family neighborhood. It is convenient to all area attractions St. Petersburg has to offer and just a short drive to Madeira Beach and to all connecting highways which makes for an easier commute getting around town. Only a few blocks away is an abundance of great restaurants, bars, and shopping. There are grocery stores and superstores readily available for your convenience, all within a 5 minute drive, such as Starbucks and Walmart.
