On the Mizkwaa Ziibi River, close to the many amenities in the area, we are located 15 minutes to Bobcaygeon and 15 minutes to Buckhorn either way.
Close to the marina; 2 mins, which offers a boat launch into Little Bald Lake Narrows $, which gives you access to the Trent Severn Waterway. We are also within easy access to Atv trails. Get out and enjoy nature. While you are here check out the popular spot Mississauga River Loop Kawartha Highlands, just Google it and find out more info.

Raised bungalow; 3 bedroom, 1 bath. A full home for you and family to enjoy. There is full wrap around deck on the upper level. The lower level has a walkout to the backyard and fully semi fenced in area, which leads to the river and firepit. Also, on the lower level is where you will find the games, books, cards, ping pong table, treadmill, and yoga mats and blocks. *Please note sometime we have power outages, that are out of our hand. At the times of power outage you can not use the water within the home*.

My husband and I lived in this home for 4 years and have grown to love the area and home.

I was originally from Toronto and Durham Region. When we first moved up there we were in shock, but we quickly fell in love with the surroundings and the small town feel, the nature, calmness, the clean air, less traffic and the home itself.

"Why am renting it now"?, life changes to be honest, when Covid happened we lost a few of our family members, not from Covid. You realize just how much you miss being close to your family and friends and we made the decision to move back closer to them. We knew we did not want to let our beautiful home go because we love it too. So how can we keep it and be close to our family, we figured this would be our best solution let others enjoy it as much as we do.

We hope that you and whomever you come there with enjoy it as much as us.
