Inside the spacious living room with cathedral ceilings and open concept kitchen/dining are a perfect match to the outside space when the weather is colder. There is plenty of space to entertain while the chef is cooking up a meal that teases the senses throughout the house for hours before it’s ready. The space feels light and bright and the fireplace brings in that cozy vibe making you want to curl up on the oversized sofa with a warm plush blanket. Downstairs, there’s a second TV with a game table for hours of fun and competition. When it’s time to retreat to your own space, the design of the home offers privacy. With the twin bedroom on the main floor, the large master with private balcony is on the upper level. There is one additional guest bedroom on the upper level and another guest suite on the bottom level. The setup is ideal for catching up on much needed rest while others may want to socialize after hours in one of the two large living spaces. The home sleeps 8 in beds with 2 roll away beds providing an option for an additional 2 guests. It is on a plowed road with an extremely large garage along with flat parking area. Just a few steps from the front door!

I began purchasing fixer properties in mountain areas and along with my partner, Michael, transformed them into unique and trendy spaces. For years I owned long term investment properties. In 2016 I made the switch to vacation rentals, seeing the opportunity to both enjoy these beautiful spaces and also share them with others from around the world.
