This is one of the seaview room in a 2 level 3 bedroom apartment, with kichen, dining room, sitting room downstair, and 3 bedrooms upstairs.
Master bedroom has its own bathroom, 2 seaview room will be sharing a bathroom.
It is located on the 5th floor of a high raise building in 1004 Estate.
24*7 power, wifi and security. The apartment has washing machine, water dispenser, refrigerator, kichen wares. You can cook, work in the apartment.

This is a room in a 3 bed rooms apartment which is on top of the build with great lagoon view.
It is a 2 levels apartment, groud floor there are kichen, dinning room, sitting room. 1st floor are 3 bed rooms, two bed rooms are lagoon view, one are garden view.
All the room has curtain, prepared clean bed sheet, towel, shower gel, shampoo, slippers, toilet paper, and hangers, desk and chair.
Cleaner comes Monday to Saturday to do cleaning and we give free laundry service.And we do disinfection the whole room including mattress, sofa, chairs, toilet for every guest. Disinfection device is available for guest daily use as well.
Tennis courts, swimming pools, basketball courts are available, 5 minutes walking distance to the gym.

Hello, this is Coco. I am Chinese living in Lagos. Working in AI and IOT and running 4 apartments total 12 rooms for Airbnb..
I have been in lagos for 3 years, 3 years ago when I just came to Lagos, I felt it was so difficult to find an cozy and affordable place for my long stay business trip in lagos. Then I have to rent an apartment did the furnishings by myself. And now I am running a few Airbnb apartments.
Our aim is to provide an affordable cozy apartment in a great location with good view for people who come to lagos for business trip for their long stay visit.
We provide 24*7 wifi, power and security.
The bedroom has a working desk, kitchen has water dispenser with drinking water, microwave, cooking stoves, refrigerator, in some room we provide home cinema systems too.
In our apartments you can work, cook, relax and meeting many interesting people from different countries.
From February to November most of my guests are foreigners on business trip to lagos, who work in technology ( fintech, AI, Big data, E-commerce Etc. ) and venture capital too. We are building a community of young, nice, smart, passionated, professional people.
Usually we organize events 2-3 times per months, going to beach or Lekki conservation center or food party or birthday party for the guest or play tennis together or go out for a nice restaurant or bar together. Or something we just sit in the couch to chat. Some of my Airbnb guests discover businesses opportunities and make business connections via our Airbnb evening couch chatting.
My apartment is located in 1004 Estate, which is in the heart of Victoria Island,Lagos, Nigeria, it is very convenience for transportation, restaurants, supermarket. And it is a very safe neighborhood with all the facilities you might need.
If you book a room, this is not really for couples who looking for a romantic staying.
For couples or families we suggest you to book the whole apartment.
