Welcome to Stevie our timeless Airstream! We’ve renovated the interior of this classic 1970 beauty from the floor up. An open Bohemian concept maximizes the updated interior space. An off grid custom outhouse building is located 50 feet away complete with compost toilet, & outdoor hot shower. The attached deck is a perfect place to hang in this private location with incredible countryside views.The set up makes for a pretty unique glamping experience where you can unplug. No fires or wifi sorry.

We are a special little three acre slice of PEC paradise surrounded by working agricultural fields. The main house is our Red Barn Farm BNB all year round. A lovely & very popular 5-star 18th Century farmhouse which has three separate room rentals.
Airstream "Stevie" is on that same property but away from it all. This project was a labour of love and was meant to be a seasonal treat used just for us and certain hand picked guests. It’s our glorious getaway but still on our property away from the main house. It's just so damn special that we felt we must share it when we are not using it. It’s located away from the house and completely out of site. You share the driveway but that’s it.

The trailer is a 1970 Airstream Sovereign which underwent a complete gut job and renovation with the final open concept in mind. Chris rescued her from its previous life as a client/talent trailer in Toronto's film industry. No plumbing or major appliances exist but a water dispenser, bar sized fridge, toaster oven, hot plate, French press , full cutlery set, big deck with BBQ, pretty much everything is here for a well above average glamping experience. It's somewhat minimalist but still has all the comfort features of home. A full sized highly praised new queen bed is at one end while a leather ikea sofa with table and sitting area at the other end. On both sides are a few unique home made live edge counter spaces that contain everything you will need. We promote un-plugging and as such NO INTERNET exists. You can receive the main house wi-fi signal in the back yard sometimes if you need to connect. The trailer does have a 30 amp electrical service so a roof A/C unit is avail for those hot sticky county nights but she’s a little loud. The breeze is almost always so lovely here that we doubt you will need it if you open up the windows and use the fan. The almost constant breeziness and a big barn full of old hay means we do not allow open fires on property sorry.

A Weber bbq is out on the brand new deck. It seems we dont spend much time inside the unit, other than to sleep or if the weather is bad or mosquitos chase us in and we hunker down in bed with a good book or board game with some music.

A short distance away, roughly 50 feet, you will notice a garden shed but it’s not your average garden shed. This is our custom outhouse and outdoor shower world. With a full vanity and compost toilet inside and a hot/warm water outdoor shower outside around back. it’s secluded & incredibly convenient for an outdoor experience. Rainwater fed from the barn and solar powered with propane to run the hot water shower unit. (no hot water in vanity)

We already share our lovely home with so many that this was suppose to be our special and private space so we hope you can appreciate that when we do rent it out, we will be selective and expect the kind, respectful sort that we are. The higher than average security deposit is to ensure our oasis stays that way. A seven night maximum with a three night minimum exists. You can come for less but you’ll always be booked & pay for three nights minimum. More than seven is possible under the right conditions and you can contact us to inquire. High turnover is not our intent here so keep checking the calendar for space to open up.

The place is designed for one or two adults. It is also a rare spot as we allow fur babies if it’s the right fit. approval from owners required (with a small additional cleaning fee) but sorry no kids.

Chris & Jen moved to the County when their heavens collided, bringing them to their little slice of paradise smack dab in the heart of Prince Edward County. Our dream is to share it with you. We expect you are like minded, socially responsible & respectful adults of our planet. Chris's background is a eclectic range of work & travel experience. Originally from Barrie, ON. He has spent half his life in or around music. Jen's roots are planted in Kenora, ON with a large part of her professional work career as a clothing designer in Vancouver. We have put our passions to work in our century farmhouse and attached property that you must simply experience for yourself to appreciate. We are mad lovers of music, travel, nature, conservation and each other! As a guest you can expect the utmost respect for you, & your property. If you are hosting us, then expect all of the above in return for the services you provide. We have several motto's. Our home motto is borrowed from an artist in New Orleans Dr. Bob say's "Be Nice or Leave" and so do we.

We’re available and just a text away if needed but we strive to let you have a private experience and as such likely won’t even see us other than a wave and a smile from the driveway. Maybe if your fur baby has patience for yappy chi’s we can see if our pups want to be friends at some point. The prince of Swamp College might come give you a bark but likely that’s it.
