This open loft offers an unbeatable beachfront view, a large deck for morning coffee, and space for four guests. Enjoy a private beach, two-story dock, and countless local amenities with the comfort of coming home to your cozy loft.

A 55” Smart TV, sofa bed, a private bathroom, and a large open dressing area complete the living space, while a comfortable queen awaits on the loft's second story. A coffee station & mini-fridge are included in the room and a gas grill close to the water.

The Lighthouse Loft is where simplicity meets comfort with gorgeous waterfront glory. This spacious loft has room for up to four guests comfortably and offers the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.
The living area includes:
✔ A queen sleeper sofa.
✔ A 55-inch television.
✔ A mini-fridge and coffee station.
✔ A private bathroom with a stand-up shower.
✔ A large open dressing area
✔ Plenty of closet space.

Upstairs awaits a super comfortable queen bed with a view. You’ll have a private entry by an outdoor staircase, and you can enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the brand new large deck as you watch the dolphins and catch the killer sunrises and sunsets over the Bay.

The Lighthouse Loft is set up to accommodate four guests (two on the sleeper sofa and two on the queen bed upstairs).

This loft is a private space located on the upper West side of the Manor on the Bay. Manor on the Bay is a large home transformed into multiple rental units and is available to be rented as one entire house.

This peaceful neighborhood is welcoming and comfortable.

You have a PRIVATE beach, shared by other guests, just outside your bedroom. Public beach access (Garnier Beach Park) is a 4-minute walk or a 30-second drive away! Same for the boat launch. We also have wet and dry boat storage available. Contact us for rates.

We love how quiet the street is. This is the best place to get away from all the traffic and hustle and simply enjoy the area!

Gulf Beach access is a 7 to 12-minute drive away depending on traffic and which beach you go to.

We have an electronic guest book for your convenience.

History:
Fort Walton Beach’s Native American history dates back
14,000 years. The earliest permanent settlers began
arriving not long after Florida became a territory in 1821.
During the Civil War, the Walton Guards established
an encampment in the area, named Camp Walton after
Colonel George Walton, the acting governor of Florida.
The area’s population rapidly grew in the decades that
followed the war and the charming, small-town was
officially founded in 1937, shortly after Eglin Air Force
Base, the largest Air Force base in the world, became
operational in 1935.

Hello all and welcome!
I am excited to be a part of this community and to be able to help people feel right at home.
I grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. When I was 25 I moved to Enid, Oklahoma for two years, then Clovis, New Mexico. I recently moved to Fort Walton Beach, Florida but have traveled here for work and leisure numerous times. This really does feel like paradise.
My work includes a number of different jobs. From leading an office of workers to a goal, to managing training elements for other people. When I'm lucky, I get paid to fly planes all over the world.
When I'm not flying planes or in the office, I can be found soaring with the birds while paragliding. I also like to brew beer and share it with friends. If you're interested, I'd be happy to chat over a pint of homebrew. I'm currently learning different dances like ballroom and west coast swing. Country two-step is what started that.
I've been fortunate enough to travel to over 40 different countries. I still have many more places to go.
I use to own an entertainment company for a number of years. This venture opened my eyes to different genres of music. I'll listen to anything.
Growing up, I played many sports. basketball was definitely my favorite. Baseball and soccer were also fun. I don't, however, watch too many sports these days.
I generally like reading non-fiction books that I can apply to my life or occupation. I do like researched fiction books and I'll listen to them on my drive to work or a TED talk.
I like all kinds of movies. From documentaries to action and adventure. I'm really looking to be entertained, which doesn't take much.
I love hosting former and new guests. Opening up my place to allow others from around the world to enjoy this area is a true blessing. There are two mottoes that I live by:
