Luxurious 3 Bedroom apartment located in the posh diplomatic neighborhood of Anand Niketan near embassies of Lithuania / Latvia. Ideal space for expat, corporate NRI, & medical traveler, traveling to the city for short / mid term. Fully serviced apartment, with cook, private terrace garden, elevator, equipped kitchen. Sanitized with all precautions for COVID-19. 1.5 KMs from Motibagh Metro station

* The property consists of 3 Bedrooms with attached bathrooms
* An aesthetic living room with a dining area
* A fully equipped and modern kitchen
* A terrace with a patio and a small terrace garden

Amenities:
* Two Bedrooms are fitted with LED TV's with cable channels
* An LED TV with steaming apps like Netflix and Hotstar has been provided in the Living room for family viewing
* Kitchen has most required utensils and appliances like microwave, convection oven, gas stove and chimney, refrigerator, mixer grinder, RO water purifier, toaster, cutlery and crockery.
* The property is fully air conditioned (for summer months) and heated (for winters) through independent split air conditioning units
* High speed Wifi internet connectivity is provided
* All bathrooms have storage water heaters for hot water supply. The water heaters need to be put on 20 Mins before usage, and should be turned off after usage. Capacity of each water heater is 25 Lts.
* Property has elevator access
* Apartment is wheelchair friendly

Rental Inclusions:
* Housekeeping once a day
* Unlimited Wifi
* Gas supply
* Electricity 60 units per day (calculated pro-rata) for bookings less than 14 nights
* Linen change - once a week
* Consumable items like Shampoo, Shower Gel, Handwash, Kitchen detergent, Toilet paper, etc

Rental Extra's:
* Electricity consumption above 60 units per day (for bookings less than 14 days) is payable as per actual consumption, which will be billed as per meter reading calculated at Rs. 10 per unit. The meter reading for electricity will be shown to guests at check in and check out by our team. Invoice for extra electricity consumption can be provided if required.
* For bookings longer than 14 days, electricity is as per actual consumption. Complementary units are not provided for bookings longer than 14 days.
* Extra Linen change cost is INR 500 per bed. We recommend a linen change to be done weekly in order to conserve water and save the planet (provided complementary once a week). If you must require linen change (before / after), you are required to intimate us at least 2 days in advance for us to organize our laundry person and designated supervisor for the same.
* Cook charges (please read below)

Meals & Dining:
* Home delivery of food can easily be ordered in by the guests staying at our apartment from various delivery restaurants in the vicinity, ranging from cuisines like Asian, Indian, Italian, Continental, Fast Food, Japanese, etc. Home delivery of food can also be ordered using Swiggy and Zomato apps, which can bring in your favorite food to our place, within minutes.
* Our cook is available for cooking your meals - a small fee of Rs. 800 per day is levied towards cooking charges for the caretaker. Groceries are to be provided by the guests.

A convenience store, a pharmacy, and a vegetable store are located at a few meters walk.

Cab facilities like Uber, Ola, Meru and many other services can be called within 5 minutes at any time of the day or night.

The neighborhood is one of South / central Delhi's most posh and very friendly family area. The neighborhood consists of several Embassies, and high level Diplomats residing in the area. The locality is very safe and secure. Sangam courtyard, RK Puram and Vasant Vihar markets having several restaurants, and facilities which our guests would require, are located at a 2-3 KM distance from our property. Many medical practitioner's & pharmacy stores are located near the market, the closest large hospital is Sadhu Vasvani Medical Center (2 Km / 5 mins drive).
