**Living Zones**

The main living zone has been cleverly designed to enhance the relaxed coastal lifestyle and the magnificent views over the pool and golf course. Expansive ceiling to floor glass doors making the transition between the inside and the sheer beauty of the outside alfresco area seamless.
Stunning open plan kitchen/dining/living, luxuriously furnished with custom-built cabinetry, a huge contemporary lounge suite complimented with a fireplace - giving this space a sense of sophistication, yet casual ambiance at the same time! If you like to entertain the state-of-the-art kitchen has it all. Quality appliances, a massive butlers pantry including a Vintec wine fridge, and an additional dishwasher. Complimented with a striking stone island bench with 4 bar stools, and a gorgeous dining suite for 10 guests. For guest's convenience, a powder room is located just off the kitchen.

Located downstairs is another living zone, providing the perfect hideaway for those wanting some privacy. Contemporary design with golfing-inspired decor. Magnificent views out over the golf course, freestanding wood fireplace, TV/entertaining unit a huge modular lounge. Definitely the perfect setting for sitting back and relaxing. Complemented with its own private deck and outdoor firepit and funky outdoor chairs.

**Bed and Bath**

Fairway Views sleeps 8 guests comfortably.

The Master Suite is located upstairs featuring a King-size bed and sensational views over the golf course. Complimented with a spacious, sleek design ensuite offering double vanity and shower.

Downstairs you will find the other 3 bedrooms offering guests flexible bedding configuration. Beds can be made up of a King-size bed or 2 x King single beds depending on preference. Complimented with a large modern central bathroom including a stunning freestanding bath. A separate powder room with an additional shower located in the laundry, providing guests with ample bathing options and privacy. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated with built-in robes, heating/air conditioning, and views.

Other features include WIFI throughout, Sonos sound system, outdoor shower, firepit located on the lower deck, and access to the Sorrento Golf Club via the private gate at the back of the property.
