Situated above the Jordanelle Reservoir and only 10 minutes from Park City, UT; this welcoming residence provides a peaceful setting while still being close enough to enjoy the local ski resorts as well as dining and shopping on historic Main Street in Park City. Guests who prefer Deer Valley can access Deer Valley’s main parking lot at Snow Park Lodge (7.2 miles) or ski from Deer Valley’s convenient Jordanelle Express Gondola base area (7.3 miles).

Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and a queen sofa-sleeper is available as an additional bedding option.

KITCHEN: The kitchen with breakfast bar located on the 2nd floor features upscale appliances; refrigerator, gas range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, 12-cup drip coffee maker, toaster, Instant Pot, blender, hand mixer, kettle, cookware & utensils, glasses, dishes, and silverware.

DINING AREA: The 2nd floor dining table offers seating for six with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar.
