Views, views, views! Our beachfront Punta Plata unit is located on the second floor of the complex in Playa Flamingo. The ocean breeze flow in the unit and the big patio doors brings a lot of natural light. It features beachfront and titled condos within a gated community and private location. The complex is steps to a very secluded beach where you can scuba dive, snorkel, fish and swim on a very family friendly environment. It's a nature lover's dream. You're going to love it here!

Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.

We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.

Please note that there are governmental restrictions related to COVID-19 both for entry to Costa Rica and access to businesses. Please check official websites for Costa Rica and/or your embassy for the most up-to-date information, and ensure that you are familiar with all requirements before you travel. We would be happy to recommend local COVID testing locations but please be advised that we cannot schedule these on your behalf. Guests are responsible for scheduling these appointments ahead of time to ensure all travel requirements are met.

Most homes in Flamingo are walkable to the beach and have incredible ocean views.
