*It's a 576 sqft Studio and can accommodate 2 guests.
*It has 1 Queen sized Murphy bed and 1 Bath.
*It has one TV with Roku for streaming and Cable.
*Small kitchen equipped with Refrigerator, Stove, Toaster Oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Dishes. Unfortunately, there is no oven and no dishwasher but there is a toaster oven on the counter and a drying rack for washing by hand. A lot of kitchenware, cutlery, glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, pots and pans, available!
*Central heating and A/C.
*Work from home space - monitor with USB-C and lightning (MAC) connections to cobble together a workspace.
