Hello, my name is Tuan and I am a Lecturer at Bournemouth University. I am friendly, relaxed. My house is situated in a very quiet convenient location in Charminster, Bournemouth.

The accommodation consists of your own double bedroom, which is bright and airy. It has a comfortable double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, a desk, Hi-speed Wi-Fi, hospitality tray with free tea/coffee. There is an off-road parking and I am very knowledgeable on local attractions and places to visit.

There are plenty of quirky restaurants to suit all budgets and coffee shops within a couple of minutes walk.

I look forward to welcoming you to sunny vibrant Bournemouth.

It is a lovely and quiet neighborhood. The House is within 3 minutes walk to Charminster Road with plenty of quirky restaurants to suit all budgets and coffee shops within a couple of minutes walk.

Hello, my name is Tuan and I am a Lecturer at Bournemouth University. I am friendly, relaxed. It has been more than 12 years since I left my hometown in Vietnam to pursue my career in Higher Education. It fixed in my memory the day I first came to Exeter, England on a gloomy and windy afternoon of Autumn. Exeter became my second hometown where I spent 9 years of my life for my degrees and PhD. I have been to Bournemouth and joined the University since 2017. I fall in love at the first sight with Bournemouth. I could feel in the air the wind, the smell of the ocean, the sound of waves cashing on the shore of the beach. These are my favorites. They remind me of my hometown. I think you might feel the same way when you come here and see the sun set on the beach. I look forward to welcoming you to my home.
