Always available by text or Airbnb messaging, generally less able to take unscheduled phone calls due to my work requirements and if not I will return calls within a short time. Guests are always on a limited time schedule with lots to do but I’m always willing to try to meet up for coffee etc. if possible. I’m usually fairly mobile so can meet most anywhere in the area and may already be there lol.
