Welcome to an experience like no other; where 360-degree views of the CBD can be seen atop a spire in one of Melbourne’s most historical sites. Here, elegance, grandeur and designer living combine to deliver seven levels of luxury with a grand outdoor pool, tennis court and convenient onsite parking. Boasting five bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms and fit for up to 12 guests, you’ll want for nothing in this ultra-lavish escape boasting sky-high ceilings and multiple entertaining areas.

Solid timber flooring, exposed timber beams and extra-high ceilings decorate a sun-soaked, architecturally-designed space that spans seven stories and looks over Melbourne; with traverse views from the CBD to the Dandenong Mountains and beyond.

Walk up to the first floor and be instantly greeted by luxury; where green velvet couches and farmhouse-style timber furnishings complement two spacious, queen bedrooms offering lots of privacy and natural light.

Head to the second level to find a secondary kitchen, dining and living room, as well as a powder room, full bathroom and laundry room. Adorned by polished oaks floorboards, thoughtful decor and white-painted exposed brick walls; this stylish sanctuary feels secluded from the rest of the house.

On level three you’ll find a spectacular, open-plan level boasting the main living, kitchen and dining areas. Grand arched windows allow loads of natural light to fall into a space decorated with lavish leather couches, a grand timber dining table, a huge, industrial-sized kitchen featuring state-of-the-art appliances; all shadowed by a backdrop of spanning views of Melbourne.

The fifth level acts as a private sanctuary that the kids will just love, with two large bedrooms, a grand bathroom and private bunk beds—perfect for them to enjoy their own space without straying too far from the main level.

The top of the spiral is where you’ll find a dazzling master bedroom fit for royalty. A plush king mattress is hugged by a luxurious grey-washed timber bed frame and is surrounded by, spectacularly-high ceilings with exposed timber beams, a spacious, in-room living area with two large couches, and seemingly-endless space soaked in sunlight.

During your stay, you will have access to the building’s facilities. Enjoy a hit on the tennis court, swim laps in the pool or spend an afternoon alongside family and friends on the bowling green. Plus, you’ll have secure parking for two cars and plenty of visitors parking.

Or head to Glenferrie Road’s Cru Wine Bar for something a little more elegant and an extensive wine list.

Well known for its parklands and lush greenery, make the most of the tranquil scenery along the Yarra River—with the property located directly next to Yarra Bend Park—with its many walking trails, bicycle tracks and endless picnic spots.
