This small private home is located in the Historic McDonald Mansion neighborhood. It is a residential neighborhood with lovely tree lined streets with large homes. Within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and the famous Russian River Brewery. . The smallest and most basic of the bedrooms in the house (new memory foam bed). This is definitely for the frugal traveler.

Taxes are included in the price. TOT 9% and city 3% tax

This is a converted garage and is very basic. It also contains the washer and dryer and hot water heater in the room. None of which will be used by other guests.

This is the owners suite so you will find some of her belongings in the room. We rent it out when she is traveling.
For our female traveler's this house will sometimes have the owner on site but the co-host are NOT onsite. If the owner is not there then it will just be you and the other guests. If this makes you uncomfortable please don't book.

This is a lovely historic neighborhood. Wide streets and sidewalk with lovely big trees. The best street for walking is two blocks over and is called McDonald Avenue.
