A native-style hut in a private resort with a beautiful sea view for adventurous travelers who don't mind using a shared toilet and shower with other guests. It features a sturdy double bed (queen size) and a small balcony with hammock. The bathroom and the hut have basic amenities but comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. 5 mins motorcycle ride to Ferry Port going to Malapascua Island.

Our place is ideal for more adventurous travelers who like staying in a more basic place to experience what it's like to live like a local. The private resort is located in front of the beach so you will hear the sound of the waves and sometimes roosters cocking at night. We do not have Aircon in the huts as it's already very windy during the day and cool at night. If you are fussy best if you choose somewhere upmarket.

5 mins motorcycle ride to Ferry port going to Malaspascua.
5 mins motorcycle ride going to market and nearby restaurants.
2 mins walk to Sandoval (Delsands) Beach resort.
15 mins motorcycle ride to Daanbantayan Town area.

The private resort is located in the beach front of Sitio Suba in Maya which is a fishermen's village so expect fishermen boats docking in the beach in some morning and kids running around and playing by the sea. if you are up to immersing yourself how it is to live like a local in North Cebu, then this place is for you. Also expect that the street from the main road to the beach is not paved (offroad) and gets a little bumpy.

I enjoy early morning coffee in front of a well lit window. I love to watch movies, read books and listen to music.

I prefer a home that's tidy and organized. Size is not issue as long as there’s enough wiggle room. I'd prefer it to be located near trains/bus stations for easy commute!

As a guest, I do respect house rules and you can be assured that I will leave your home as tidy as I found it and I'll take care of it like my own. I usually travel to sight-see, so most likely I'll only come home for a shower and sleep!
