• FYI - We have a ring camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. We also use a Minut noise monitor that only detects decibel levels and DOES NOT record. This is to prevent parties and keep the peace with our neighbors :)

My wife and I are from the New Hampshire seacoast and love our home state, but we know how to travel as well. We've been to Canada, England, Italy, Iceland and Kazakhstan. Within the US, we've used AirBnB in Colorado Springs, Portland, ME, Portsmouth NH, Nashville TN, Huntington Beach, CA and San Diego, CA.

While we have enjoyed every place we've visited, we've always been particularly fond of the ocean, living in near-beachfront property for the last 3 years. I hope you'll consider staying in one of our properties so you can experience the joys of our friendly beach community!
