Delight in visiting wildlife, amazing views at sunrise, sunset, and star filed night skies as you relax on the deck. Make sure to see our videos of the wildlife you might see from the deck at Youtube by searching for "Happy Bear Cabin Prescott".

We are animal lovers, so you may get to meet our well-behaved small dogs Maggie, Max, and Gigi, and Wally Henry our wondering cat that get excited and love to greet our guests and us when we come home.

We have a cozy guest suite downstairs that accommodates four people. Enjoy a comfortable queen size bed with lots pillow sizes available, tasteful décor, and your bathroom with a one-person shower with plenty of fluffy towels and hot water waiting for you. If you have more guests, there is a sleeper sofa and we have a very nice auto inflating mattress that sleeps two adults if you prefer (just let us know so we can have it available for you on arrival). Still need more space, just let us know as we have other sleeping options on the property.

You can pack light, without worrying about conveniences such as a coffee maker, hairdryer, robe and towels. See our amenities for the HUGE list of items we provide for you.

We enjoy having fun and not worrying about the small details when we travel and that is why we are committed to making sure that our guests have everything they need and more. So, if you need a fluffier pillow, cotton sheets, blankets, or need to borrow a jacket... do not be shy! Just let us know what you need, and we will do our best to make it happen for you! :-)

You will have access to your guest suite downstairs, the upstairs deck, guest parking, and local trails. If you need to store anything in the garage like bikes or motorcycles, just let us know ahead of time to make arrangements.

We like our guests to know everything about our listing to make sure it is the perfect 5-star fit for them by using lots of pictures and our description as nobody likes surprises. :-) Here is a repeat from our listing of what we feel important:
1. Kitchen area has a toaster oven, a hot plate for cooking, and a barbecue. Please note, there is no stove. All the dishes are microwave ready.
2. We designed the bedroom to be quiet, cozy and relaxing, so there is no TV in the bedroom.
3. This is a cabin with lots of logs and wood, so depending on the weather there may be squeaky doors or floors if someone gets up at night for the restroom or refrigerator run. :-)
4. If you stay is five days or more and need washer and dryer access let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Our neighborhood is very quiet, safe and surrounded by national forest and lots of wildlife. Like the old days, many neighbors will tell you they never lock their doors.
