Warm, private, well-appointed apartment, ideal for couples or young families. The living area has a bedroom, bathroom, and private courtyard opening off it. Parking right outside.
The living area has a couch, lounge chair, smart TV, a microwave, fridge, hob and kitchen basics, and a washing machine. The bathroom and bedroom with a queen bed open from the living area. Travel cot and high chair available.

Hamilton Way Apartment is modern, relaxed, freshly decorated semi-self-contained apartment with original New Zealand Art on the walls.
It is privately situated at the back of my family home with it's own courtyard and entranceway.
The apartment has living area with couch, lounge chair, TV, coffee table and kitchenette. There is a washing machine in a cupboard too. The bedroom with a comfortable queen bed with electric blanket and a wardrobe opens off of the living area. A bathroom also opens from the living area.
The space allows for self-catering but is an easy walk to restaurants, cafes and very close to the local supermarket.
The main living area has a kitchenette with cooktop, microwave, fridge and kitchen equipment, but no kitchen sink. There's also a couch, lounge chair and TV. The bathroom and the bedroom open directly off the living area.
Highchair, travel cot, and kids books and toys available on request.

Quiet suburban neighbourhood with lots of green spaces and playgrounds nearby.
The property is very close to the 4 Square supermarket and a bus stop, and only a 10 minute walk to a wonderful selection of restaurants, cafes and shopping in the centre of Arrowtown.
15 minutes drive to Frankton or 20 minutes drive to central Queenstown.

I enjoy hosting guests in an apartment with it's own entrance at the back of my house, and I also mange two four bedroom holiday houses, one in Arrowtown and one in the nearby town of Cromwell.
I'm a jewellery artist by profession with a studio at home, and have two teenage children who live with me. They are both are happy to babysit and often watch my guest's babies or young children while their parents enjoy a night out.
My mother, Marian, lives nearby and is often helps host when I’m away.
When I'm travelling it's usually for powerlifting events. I train seriously either in my garage gym or at the Events Centre in Frankton, and have been lucky enough to compete on the NZ team in a few international events. You're welcome to join me for a session in my garage gym, or go ahead and use the equipment yourself.
I have a busy, fun, fulfilling life, which is made even more rich by meeting so many different people from around the world through Airbnb!

I, my two teenagers and two flatmates live in the main house. There will be some normal family noise when we are home, but the kids are usually out at school during the day.
I do a mixture of work at home and away from home. My work hours can be unpredictable so I may not be able to meet you when you arrive, but it will be easy to let yourself in and make yourself at home.
