We'd love to host you at our gorgeous waterfront condominium located near the center of Mindelo City, in Sao Vicente, Cabo Verde!

Enjoy full access to our condominium, including all three bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, washer, air conditioning, and balconies. Each bedroom has it's own balcony and the living room has one as well. All balconies have stunning views of Mindelo Bay and Laginha beach which is directly across the street from the front door!

Our condo is convieniently located to many area attractions. Within walking distance you'll find the shopping district, restaurants, central park, and live music. A short 5 minute walk will land you at the dock for the ferry to Santo Antao where you can explore the mountains and breathtaking scenery. The docks for local fishing charters are a 10 minute walk from the front door (world class blue marlin fishing!). In August, enjoy the music festival at Baia das Gatas; it's a 25 minute drive from Mindelo. Also, world class wind surfing can be found in Sao Pedro, which is only 15 minute drive from our condo.

Cooking each night and daily cleaning is available for an additional fee.

You are close to the center of the city of Mindelo. You will be on the waterfront, cross the street and you will be at the Laginha beach. You are 5 minute walk from the ferry to Santo Antaõ.

I was born on the island of Sao Vicente, Cabo Verde and moved to the United States when I was 7 years old. In 2003, I went back to Cabo Verde for the first time since I moved (almost 50 years). My wife and I visited a couple more times and decided we wanted to buy property in Cabo Verde. In 2006, we put a deposit on the future Copacabana condominium complex, and in 2008 it was complete and ready for our use! We've since vacationed several times and brought friends and family along with us. We hope others will be able to enjoy this beautiful island as we have been able to.
