The unit is in Birch Tower, Floor 47. View is fantastic. Room is a 24sqm studio type with a balcony above 160 meters from the street.
You can use the swimming pool, gym and sauna. Room has a silent split type aircon. 55" UHD smart 4k TV with Netflix and other movie apps to ensure you can relax and enjoy watching your favorite movies. Its better than you expect. Security 24/7. The tower is about 50 meters from Robinson Place Manila, a huge Shopping Mall. Manila Bay is 10 minutes away by walking.

Birch Tower is 5th most high building in manila. And your room is 3. most high floor in this building. You really can see far and traffic noise not bother you.

The unit is fully furnished.
Room have also Reverse Osmosis water system. It make more high quality water what you can buy on bottle or from water shop. You don't need be worried of drinking water. Water sellers use just only filters... RO-system make definitely more high quality water.
Room have balcony with a view on Manila Bay and Manila. We used Converge ICT internet provider a super fast internet.
55inch UHD smart 4k tv with Netflix and other movie apps to ensure you can relax and enjoy watching your favorite movies. TV have also inbuild chrome cast. You can easily connect your phone to tv.
Hot water , microwave , Everything in kitchen is ready for you if you wish to prepare your own meals . Fridge with freezer , inter-phone , smoke detector and fire sprinklers for your own protection .
Despite the fact that this is a very touristic and busy area , as soon as you close the door window and turn on the AC , you won't be able to hear any noise from the street thanks to the height of the 47 floor .
Aircon is split type super silent.
Four elevators are available for a fast service.
Also coz room is very high level. In room have binoculars you can better enjoy beautiful view.
Netflix and other movie apps offer for you more watching.
We have real blankets not only blanket cover than as many other Filipino Airbnb rooms.
