Cozy Cottage is located in a small quiet village called Gilford, next to Lake Simcoe, being crowned Ice Fishing Capital of Ontario. Cook's Bay is the Southernmost bay of Lake Simcoe. In Summer enjoy the local beach, swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking with public boat launch and dock down the street. Wi-fi & smart TV, Keurig and Cooks Bay Marina is down the street offering ice hut rentals. Cozy Cottage is the place to unwind, relax and enjoy the pleasant surroundings, pets are welcome.

Cozy cottage, quiet, plenty of room for two, indoor natural gas fireplace to cozy up in the Fall/ Winter, with the living quarters offering Smart TV (no netflixs provided) although casting on Youtube from a smart phone to tv is possible via Wi-Fi connection. Property is entirely for your endeavours. kitchen providing fridge, stove, Keurig, toaster and all utencils for meal preparation also we offer a propane for the BBQ in a private patio outside, surrounded by mature trees. Pets are welcome to enjoy and stay, good fishing and boating, dock and free boating launch 200 meters away.
Note to the Kitchen there is no microwave.
Public beach and dock ready for use. Plenty of small stores and supermarkets are a 10 minute drive.
