Ananás 75 is inspired by its surroundings and created for the traveller in search of all that is unique and authentic.
Surrounded by greenery, this is a spacious (80 sq. mt) 1 bedroom apartment with a shared swimming pool in a peaceful residential neighbourhood of Cascais surrounded by a quiet park and local shops (bakery, supermarket). Ideal for a couple's hideaway, a single traveller, a family with 1 or 2 children seeking a relaxing and peaceful holiday or for a digital nomad.

No one else is allowed to stay in the apartment beside you and your group.
Maximum occupancy: 4 people.

1 bedroom (14 sq mt.) with a king-sized bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and bedside tables

LIVING ROOM
Spacious (50 sq mt) and sunny living room with a relaxing view of the garden.
1 Sofa + 1 Sofa Bed. Although the * sofa- bed (120cm x 196 cm) is designed for 2 people, we think it might be more comfortable for one adult or two kids.

Cable and Smart TV
Stereo Unit and Dvd Player and loads of DVDs

*If you want to sleep in separate beds, you’ll have to inform us.
If you don’t, we’ll assume that you’re a couple and only the bed in the bedroom will be prepared.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, fridge, microwave, freezer, pans, pots, spices and everything you need to cook.
You also find Portuguese cookbooks to try out new recipes.

BATHROOM
Bathtub with shower, toilet, bidet, vanity with basin, extended mirror, hair dryer and cupboard storage space.

BABIES AND CHILDREN
If you are traveling with babies or children you need to mention it on the reservation, in order for us to prepare the apartment (baby cot, High Chair, Baby BathTub, and children's tableware).

AMENITIES
We provide free wi-fi, cable and digital tv, books, cds and dvds to make you feel at home.
We like to pamper our guest and provide percale bed linen, towels and luxury Portuguese brand Castebel amenities.

Free parking is available in the street in front of the building.

OUR NEIGHBOURHOOD
Close to Cascais historical Centre, main beaches, cultural attractions and train station (15 minutes walking distance).
About 500 metres from the house, in front of the Court Building (Tribunal de Cascais) you can take bus Buscas 427 (1 € single ticket) to the main sights of Cascais (Boca do Inferno, Guia, Parque Marechal Carmona, Cascais Bay) and to the center for local beaches and to the train station that takes you to Lisbon.

The apartment is very well located in one of the most traditional residential Cascais' neighbourhoods and surrounded by green spaces and with a variety of local shops: supermarket, bakery, cafés, laundry,etc.

Close to Cascais historical centre (main beaches, cultural attractions and train station (15 minutes walk - 1.5 km).

We love to travel, read, cook and after having lived on 3 continents we’ve decided to create the perfect spot for your holidays – Ananás 75, where you can explore the natural beauty and relaxed lifestyle of Cascais and surrounding areas. Why ‘Ananás 75’? The pineapple (ananás) has been a symbol of hospitality for centuries. It began as a rare treat displayed by nobility at their most luxurious banquets to demonstrate that no expense had been spared. The pineapple meant that you were truly welcome and your presence was an honour.
And that’s how we want you to feel in Cascais:
- Go for a walk or cycle on the seafront
- Explore the local beaches
- Have a picnic in the nearby parks
- Cook fresh food bought at the local Farmers' Market
- Grab a book and relax at some of our favourite Cascais hidden gems
