Nestled in a jungle preserve, Casa Copper is a villa that offers seclusion, private pool, luxurious amenities and just minutes from world-renowned Manuel Antonio National Park, spectacular Playa Espadilla, and a wide range of dining, entertainment, and excursion options. Ideal for a romantic couple get away or honeymoon. Add a third or fourth guest to access the bedroom on the upper level of the Pool House, otherwise it remains unused during your stay. Minimum 7 nights. Monthly rates available.

The bright, air conditioned, primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom, walks out onto the spacious porch of Casa Copper’s Main House. The same porch is also accessible from the open concept kitchen and living room.

The fully equipped kitchen includes refrigerator (with filtered water and ice dispenser), cook top, microwave, Nuwave Infrared oven, Instant Pot, and all the conveniences you would expect to find at home. The custom teak breakfast bar has two stools, making it a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast while looking out at the rain forest. The living room has a large flat-screen television, and desk with chair for your ‘vacation' office. The property has 100mb wifi.

The large porch with industrial ceiling fans is outdoor living at its best, offering stunning jungle, and pool views. The porch is set up as an outdoor living room and dining room and includes cushioned spaces for just sitting and watching the monkeys, sloths, and many varieties of birds, including toucans and scarlet macaws.

The area around the private pool includes the two story Pool House. On the lower level, there is a half bathroom, laundry room, and outdoor shower with river rock and custom teak enclosure.

You won't want to leave this little piece of paradise!

NEW: The upper level of the Pool House now has a bedroom, (available by adding a third and up to a fourth guest for additional charges) with king bed, air conditioning, desk with chair, and mini fridge. The balcony off the Pool House bedroom is equipped with a hammock and chairs, and is a great place to enjoy the slight ocean view. This bedroom does NOT have an ensuite bathroom. The dedicated bathroom for this second bedroom is on the lower level of the Pool House, accessible the main exterior staircase.

Please note: When only two guests are staying at the villa, the Pool House bedroom remains locked and is not available to be booked by a separate group, providing you exclusive use of the whole property.

Our neighbourhood consists of 7 homes on 5 acres of rain forest. The homes surround the jungle bowl to preserve it, and it also creates privacy between the homes. We are within walking distance to a few restaurants and an art gallery. We are half way between the town of Quepos and the Manuel Antonio National Park and beach area.

Hello! My name is Jefferson. I was born in Costa Rica but have lived in Canada since I was 7 months old. I am an artist and yoga teacher. My husband John and I have been together since 2003. He is Executive Director of a not-for-profit organization. We are both people people and travelling is our favourite way of enjoying life. We treat people, as we would like to be treated, and we care for a home as we would like someone to care of ours.

We also love to host, whether that be in our home in Cabbagetown, Toronto, Canada, or our home in Manuel Antonio, Puntarenas, Costa Rica.

Our dogs are like our children. Copper, a female Vizsla who is a St. John's Ambulance Therapy Dog with Child Friendly Certification, and Dusty, a male Weimaraner who is a rescue dog from Costa Rica are such a joy to love.

A night out with friends for dinner, a movie, or live theatre is a perfect night out for us!

If you are staying there, it means we are not. However, you will have access to a professional Concierge that we have hired to take care of guests. They will handle your check-in and check-out as well as help with any transportation or tour arrangements you might need. They can help with restaurant and shopping recommendations, a visit to the spa, or arrangements for a massage or pedicure at Casa Copper. They live in the Manuel Antonio/Quepos area, are extremely trustworthy, and speaks fluent English and Spanish. You are in amazing hands! Other Casa Copper staff includes: the House Keeper, the Grounds Keeper, and the Gardener. They only come to the property in between reservations. The Pool Caretaker comes twice a week, once between reservations, and once during reservations. The Night Guard is on site at street level nightly.
