Please be aware that this Room has a "ZERO REFUND POLICY" 48 hours prior to CHECK IN Date & Second Guest is charged extra.

This room is offered for long stays on Paying Guest option as well for travellers or Non local students or working class can connect for the special discount offers on stays above 28 days.
Provision of Meals, & laundry is also available on extra charge on monthly basis.

Since this is a Budget room, kindly Carry your Own toiletries ( toothpaste, toilet tissue roll, soap, shampoo etc ). We only provide, one toilet roll, fresh towel, body soap and hand wash. Welcome Travellers!
I am staying with my family in the same apartment & have listed two rooms. First is the Budget room with title "Non Ac Private & Pleasing Room" offering on Paying Guest basis also. Long term paying guest will be applicable for a discount offer. Second room is "Pleasant & Peaceful Stay in New Delhi" which is a AC room & is well equipped with all amenities. My apartment is just a 10 min approx walk to the Metro Station & is also near to 3 different Metro lines, Pink, Blue & Yellow.

I belong to the sindhi community in New Delhi, India. Me & my son have a keen interest to host travellers from across the world. So he too is a part of hosting & is my co-host. We together work for your comfortable stay at our place.

I have spent my early years in Indonesia growing up & can communicate in Indonesian language as well. I have travelled abroad to Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Japan & have enjoyed the culture out there.

I would like to host all cultured, responsible and eligible guests to my cosy home with a smile & wish to see them smile too, as they experience the Indian culture of home stay in the South district of the capital with a modern family.
