Located on a narrow stretch of the barrier islands known as Indian Shores. Directly on the Intracoastal Waters with peek-a-views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and balcony. Full view from 5th floor common patio. Semi-private access to the beach right across the street. Heated pool & spa, grill, fishing pier, beach, & panoramic sunset views.

Welcome to our beach home! Our family has made many memories here and we hope yours will as well! Please think of this like you are visiting the beach home of your favorite aunt. It has many amenities but may not have your favorite scent of hand soap and that is okay. We love the beach but like your aunt, we appreciate guests leave the sand there or wash it off with the faucets outside before dragging it through the building.

Like your Aunt, we appreciate guests who can keep things in perspective and have a good time - this is a little slice of paradise after all. . However, use your discretion and please do let us know if something is wrong or needs attention as you check-in since we do want you to enjoy the visit! If the building generator gets tested once a week (Tuesday mornings), please understand it keeps everyone safe during the not-so-sunny days on the gulf. Likewise, if a lightbulb goes out in a lamp during your stay, your favorite aunt has a stash of batteries, light bulbs, and other odds n ends, available for friends, family, and visitors to use so there is not a disruption in your day -the bin is located above the washing machine. If you do need help though, just ask and we can certainly assist at our earliest convenience. While we do not have 24/7 staff on-site like a hotel would, we do make every effort to accommodate reasonable requests. We live about an hour away, as does our housekeeper, but we also have plumbers, HVAC, and similar companies we can call in if something needs urgent attention.

We love pets and welcome up to 2 cats/dogs IF they are approved at booking, well-behaved, and cleaned up after. No sense in boarding Fido if he can enjoy the vacation as well. The penalty for not getting approval is steep so do not skip that step. This is a secure building with video monitoring in the common hallways so please be sure it is no surprise that animals will be on-site. The pet fee is $150/pet if paid prior to check-in. We can not allow other animals including but not limited to snakes, rodents, Chewbacca, birds, rabits, classroom pets, etc.

This is not a hotel room so it does not have daily maid service, endless supplies of towels and paper goods, or valet service. Recently we have hosted many first-timers to the AirBNB community so I want to eliminate any confusion. We’ve all been there at some point, so I hope this helps our new visitors. Our condo has a living room and full kitchen, 2 full bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and full size set of washer/dryer. It is not a single hotel room and we do not have the ability to offer additional rooms for more guests, since other people own the other condos in our building. Like most AirBNB rentals, guests need to provide their own supplies- that would be all items that are consumable/disposable (ie toilet paper, laundry/dish detergent, baking supplies like flour, sugar, etc). There will be an initial roll of toilet paper in each bathroom so don’t fret if you want to check in before stocking up on food and supplies for the trip. We do provide shampoo, hand soap, and body wash in dispensers. Linens are provided for each bed. A bath towel set is available for each person but we do practice sustainability and not encourage an endless supply of towels. There are plenty of kitchen basics like plates, silverware, cups, pots/pans, utensils, etc. If we happen to not have your favorite cupcake tin or an exact size mixing bowl, please remember this is our home and we stock it with equipment but cannot possibly anticipate every desire – if you want a special kind of popover pan, then bring one or buy one or use a different style pan that we have on-hand. When guests leave extra non-perishable supplies behind (seasonings, detergents, coffee filters, etc) we do leave those available to future guests but we do not guarantee such supplies will be stocked. If you will not have a car during your visit, there is a trolley, uber, or Instacart for reasonable fees. There is a small convenience store within walking distance and grocery stores/CVS/Walgreens are within 2 miles.

For your convenience, we do provide beach and bike packages for a small rental fee; just ask. Otherwise, you’re welcome to rent such equipment from local shops.

CHECKIN/OUT times are important. If you do not check out by 10 AM, then our housekeeper is waiting around on unpaid time after driving over to the condo to clean. Be kind and respect her time. She is also providing extra sanitizing steps during this time so please understand if we cannot accommodate a request for early/late check in/out.

Beds and Bedrooms: The master bedroom is very spacious so it has a queen bed and futon. It has its own access to the patio with a peek-a-views of The Gulf. That means we can see a slice of The Gulf (water, not sand) between the two buildings across the street. Guest bedroom has two twin beds. Total 4 beds, 2 bedrooms.

Bathrooms: Fully equipped with soap, linens, shampoo, and conditioner. 1 bath, off the kitchen and guestroom, has a full bath. The other bathroom has a shower and is connected to the master bedroom. Very spacious with a walk-in closet. Both bathrooms were recently remodeled.
Kitchen: Fully equipped for basic necessities for 6 people. There is a small table with 2 stools in the kitchen and then a table with 4 chairs in the dining area.

Living space: The condo is 1200 sq ft, featuring tile flooring in living spaces, and it's a corner unit so plenty of windows and sunlight. Couches, TV, and dining table make this home for travelers.

Entry: Upon arriving, park your car under the carport or in the lot. There are two parking spaces available. Take the elevator. We'll provide you with a code to enter this unit – be sure you know that 4 digit code BEFORE you travel so your self check-in process goes smoothly. Once inside, you will notice a formal entryway so you're not tripping over beach gear and shoes in the living space during your stay.

Exterior perks: Located in the backyard is a pool and spa, bathrooms, a new pier with benches and fishing stations, area to view dolphins and other water life, grills for cooking and tables for dining. In front, there is a sand path that provides semi-private access to the beach on Gulf of Mexico. This part of the beach is soft and calm with some sand dunes for added character. The patio of the condo unit faces the gulf for sunsets. The pier faces east into the Intracoastal bay for sunrises. The 5th floor shared patio has panoramic views for miles of the Gulf.

This condo is surrounded by water and sunshine. Since it's a corner unit, a lot of sunlight comes through the added windows. The semi-private access to the beach and bay are huge perks. We especially like the sunset views from the 5th-floor patio. It's quiet and relaxing here since we're not surrounded by the crowds that are 4 miles both north and south of us (Clearwater and St Pete's Beaches), but they are close enough for us to enjoy the tourist activities on the days we want to explore. The kitchen and bathroom is another reason we chose this property. Lastly, how could we say no to a place with protected mangroves on property and pier that is inviting to dolphins?! We hope you'll enjoy this place as much as we do.

We love to travel. After experiencing the many ups and downs of vacation rentals as travelers, we decided to create a vacation space that we are proud to share with other guests. Something about the gulf breeze, sunny weather, and smiling people, drew us to Pinellas County, FL which boasts coastal towns and barrier islands that are surrounded by water. We found a little piece of paradise in Indian Shores and then another in St Pete Beach and then another in Indian Shores. And then we discovered the charm of Tarpon Springs so we now have beautiful homes in the downtown area, near the sponge docks and water activities, as well.
